The C-HR Diamond Lucky Draw Contest was held from 10 January to 28 February 2018. The lucky draw was conducted on 28 March 2018, with a 3rd party representative present at Borneo Motors Singapore’s office at Inchcape Centre.

Terms and conditions for Toyota C-HR Diamond Hunt Lucky Draw
1. This contest / lucky draw (“Contest” / “Lucky Draw”) is organised by Borneo Motors Singapore Pte Ltd (“BMS”).

This lucky draw is open to the participation of all eligible customers who have lucky draw entitlements.

2. A customer shall be eligible to participate in a lucky draw provided that:

(i) customer has an order booking of a Toyota C-HR from BMS during the Qualifying period of the lucky draw;
(ii) customer has a valid booking of a Toyota C-HR from BMS up till the Draw Date of the lucky draw.

3. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, this lucky draw is not open to employees of BMS and anyone directly connected with the lucky draw and BMS reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any customer (who would otherwise be eligible) whose account(s) are deemed by BMS in its absolute discretion to be sub-standard, doubtful, bad or delinquent or not conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner from the lucky draw.

4. Each eligible customer who makes an order booking of the Toyota C-HR from BMS within the Qualifying Period of a lucky draw shall deemed to have one lucky draw entitlement for the lucky draw. The lucky draw entitlement shall be in addition to any other lucky draw entitlement the eligible customer may be entitled to under condition 5.

5. Each eligible customer who makes an order booking of the Toyota C-HR from BMS at BMS’s official launch event on 10 January 2018 shall also be deemed to have one lucky draw entitlement for that lucky draw. The lucky draw entitlement shall be in addition to any other lucky draw entitlement the eligible customer may be entitled to under condition 4.

6. For the avoidance of doubt, each eligible customer shall be entitled to a maximum of two lucky draw entitlements per lucky draw if he satisfies condition 4 and 5.

7. The winner of the lucky draw will be picked from all eligible lucky draw entitlements.

8. The qualifying periods and draw dates in respect of each luck draw are as follows:
Qualifying Period : 10 Jan 2018 20:00 hrs to 28 Feb 2018 23:59 hrs , Draw Date : 28 Mar 2018

9. The draw will be conducted at about 1600 hrs at:

10. Winners will be notified by post separately by BMS. BMS shall have the right to publish the name and NRIC number of the winners in the newspapers and in its promotional materials.

11. In the event the winner no longer has a valid booking or a completed order of the Toyota C-HR with BMS at the time of collection of the prize, the prize, at BMS sole discretion, shall either be re-drawn with and under the same conditions, or forfeited and donated to charity.

12. If the prize is not collected within (2) months from the date of the notification letter, it will be donated to charity.

13. BMS is not a supplier of the product offered and shall not bear any liability in relation thereto.

14. BMS reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria and allocation of lucky draw entitlements from time to time at our absolute discretion.

15. BMS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the lucky draw prize with or without notice to customers. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at BMS’s sole discretion, including but not limited to branch display merchandising and statement inserts.

16. BMS’s decision on all matters relating to the draws shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
